Chuuka Ichiban (中華一番, literally China's Number One) was created by Etsushi Ogawa in 1995.  It was published by Kodansha magazine, and was serialized in Weekly Shounen Magazine from 1995 until its conclusion in 1999.  During serialization, the character Shin (真, literally Truth!) was added to the title.  If you are looking for the traditional Chinese translation, click here.
